The Origin of FMS - unlike any other studio
Not so long ago there was a thought, an idea - to provide the best VFX solution in the market for Films, TV series, Commercials, VR, AR alike. The difference here is that this had to be done keeping one very important basic in mind - to provide the best environment as well as treatment for the artists, crew and all those involved in creating FMS. Bridging this gap meant a complete restructure in terms of the business practices, work ethics and stepping away from the way a VFX company runs.
We are committed towards the same and that is why we are working from the ground up - which includes re-defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows. We take change as a constant and embrace the true power that we as humans have i.e. Adaptability. Here's to newer technologies, best practices and above all - here's to the team that makes it all happen!

We sincerely believe in the famous adage - "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." So when we get the chance we squeeze in a game / activity here and there. And when it's Cricket, you can be sure to have a mini session of Guts and Glory. A serious spike in creativity is sure to hit the entire space the next day. By the way - Heads - I Bat and Tails - You bowl ;)

How does one wish the Boss - Viral Thakkar a happy birthday ? That was the question we started out with. Our answer - The FMS Mannequin Challenge! Shot in a serious hush-hush way while the boss was out for a shoot. We literally had to cut off the live feed of the camera as "The Boss" sees it all. It was fun, exciting and a uniting moment for Team FMS. Shot in a single continuous shot, along with the integration of FX and other fun elements, that highlights the eccentricities as well as the varied personalities of our team. It surely is a must-watch! Have fun!

A day filled with surprises, loads of gifts handed over by the one and only jolly Mr Claus. What added more to the fun was the gifts were exchanged based on "The Secret Santa" game !
Turns out this was just the start - Next the entire team visited the St Catherine's Kids Home and shared the joy of giving with kids. Listening to their stories didn't just make us happy but added a whole new perspective.
Ho Ho Ho! WE want more of this :)

So here's an interesting bit - when people enter in to a new space they normally have an informal party to celebrate the next chapter; like a house warming. We were also of the same idea but the "Studio - warming" Party had to be kept on a pause, as we had to deliver 2 major films - "Baar Baar Dekho" + "Rustom" . As soon as the deliveries were made; everyone jumped on the dance floor as we partied all night @Take it Easy. Here's one to the team that - "works hard and parties harder!"

It's that time of the year again where people bond, rejoice and above all have boondi ka laddus (yummm!) . Fireworks, new clothes, new year - all are things that makes everyone revisit childhood memories, celebrate with loved ones. This time being the first diwali @FMS makes it all the more special.
